Detailed Instructions:
First all, you must login to your account. Click on the My Account
button, and then type in your E-mail Address and Password.
Click on the Login button to login to your account.
On the far left-side of your screen, there will be a small menu list, click on
the Order Status button on this menu. You will now be brought
to a screen that has a tabular summary of your order, which includes several
pieces of information that are very important to your order.
The Order Number is used by us to keep our own record of your
order, as well as to keep track of your order progression. Moreover, the Order
Date is the time and date that order was placed, and again is used
to keep a record of your order. Also, the Total is the price
of your order.
The Order Status gives you the current status of your order,
and it is a good idea to check up on your order status from time-to-time to see
its progression. Order Shipped means that your order is
currently being shipped from the shipping company, and it is an indication that
your order has been processed and is on its way. Order Received
means that your order has been sent and received to the shipping address
provided. Essentially this gives you a history of your past orders so that you
will be able to keep track of your previous purchases. The Back-Ordered
status means that your order is not currently in stock, but will be processed
and shipped immediately when it does come in stock. The amount of time varies
from product to product, but the order usually comes in stock within a few
business days. Order Returned From Shipper means that the
order has been returned from the shipper. Usually, this means a shipping error
has occurred.
Clicking on the Details link will give you a great deal of
information about your order, including your address information, the
shipping information, and the tracking number of your order. In
essence, the Details section is a combination of all other sections, which
shows a great deal of details about your order. If you have lost your receipt
e-mail that was sent when you placed the order, the Details
section is a good way to replace this information.
