Returns And Exchanges

• R.M.A. Number: To obtain an R.M.A. # email to sales@rawpowersports.com or Call 1-866-528-0678
• R.M.A. Form: Obtain our R.M.A. Form and fill it out, using the R.M.A. # we provide you. Please tape this form to the out side of the shipping box. The form must be completely filled out for return or exchange to be made.
• Time limit: All returns must be post marked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns must be in new condition including all original packaging.
• Return Container: Customer must ship all items in a shipping box. Do not use the product packaging as a shipping container. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused by Rawpowersports.com.

Restocking Fees

• Returns for credit: 10% restocking fee. Customer pays shipping charges.
• Exchanges: No restocking fee. Customer pays shipping charges.
• Close outs: No refunds on close out items. Exchanges subject to availability. Email us at sales@rawpowersports.com . Customer pays 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
• Incorrect item received: Incorrect item received: Contact us at 1-866-528-0678 or email as soon as possible. There will be no extra charge. Raw power sports will replace the incorrect items and pay for return shipping charges. Raw Power Sports will reimburse for ground shipping rates only. Items will be deemed incorrect if they differ from the order confirmation page. Please check your order fully while doing the confirmation.
