• Mistakenly posted prices on Rawpowersports.com do not obligate Raw Power Sports Inc. to those incorrect prices.
• When placing an order through Rawpowersports.com, the customer agrees to the policies stated in this agreement.
• Raw Power Sports Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Liability Limitations

• Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, Raw Power Sports Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or fitness of a particular purpose.
• Motorcycles can be dangerous. Raw Power Sports Inc. has no control over the usage of any product that we sell. Customers are expected to use their own judgment as to proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.
• Raw Power Sports Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part or accessory.
• The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing. Raw Power Sports Inc. accepts no liability for such damages.
• Raw Power Sports Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
• All product warranties are through the manufacturer. Any claims for warranty will be taken to the appropriate manufacturer and not to Raw Power Sports Inc.
